Rules & Terms

1. 18 and older only

TheCatch is for adults only. By submitting an entry, you confirm you are 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to remove any entry we believe belongs to a minor, with no obligation to refund.

2. Your own profile only

You may only submit your own profile and your own link. Submitting someone else's photo, profile, or identity without their consent is prohibited and will result in immediate removal and a ban from re-submitting.

3. What TheCatch does

TheCatch is a public leaderboard. You pay to place your entry at a given rank — worldwide, and within your selected country. Rank is determined solely by the cumulative amount bid, compared to other entries. We do not evaluate, rate, or comment on anyone's appearance — the board only reflects bid amounts.

4. No refunds

All bids are final once payment is confirmed. Being outbid by a higher offer does not entitle you to any refund, partial or full.

5. What isn't guaranteed

We do not guarantee any amount of traffic, clicks, matches, or outcomes. Visitor volume varies and is outside our control.

6. Prohibited content

You may not submit an entry that:

  • belongs to someone else, or that you're not authorized to represent
  • links to illegal, pornographic, or hateful content
  • promotes scams, phishing, or fake giveaways
  • impersonates another person
  • violates the terms of the platform your profile link points to

7. Moderation

We reserve the right to remove, hide, or refuse any entry, at any time and without notice, if it violates these rules — with no obligation to refund (see rule 4).

8. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your card number. In the event of a bank dispute (chargeback) not tied to a rule violation, we reserve the right to remove the corresponding entry and refuse future bids from the same payment method.

9. Not affiliated with any dating platform

TheCatch is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Tinder, Hinge, Bumble, Instagram, Meta, or any other platform. Outbound links lead to profiles hosted on those platforms.
